The Max Travel Partner Hotel & Restaurant Programme

Max Travel offers hotels & restaurants the opportunity to feature as a partner hotel on this web site. This is a fantastic way to increase your exposure on the web and to access our private clients & suppliers data-base.

The advantages are:
You control what goes on the site, ie web site links, contact details, photographs & information plus any special offers you might want the viewing public to see. We will monitor the web site flow on a monthly basis and send you regular reports. Your site will be accessible by yourself by secure log-in so you can update at any time.

When you register and your site is "live", we will generate an email to all our clients AND suppliers to let them know about you and your great property. This gives you high quality private referral exposure which is very hard to get by normal www channels.

To see who has already joined our programme, click on our partner hotels & restaurant page. You will also be listed on the Max Travel "Recommended Hotel" site with a link back to your own page on our website. You will also be referred to on our new google-map which features all our special properties and destinations.

The costs:
Our 12 month annual fee is based on a sliding scale and is based on your standard low season room rate:

YOUR ROOM RATE		PROGRAMME COST
		(+ vat if in the UK)
If less than £100	=	minimum £100
£150	=	£150
if £200 or more	=	£200 maximum

For 6 months, 65% of the above.
For 3 months, 40% of the above.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept complimentary room-nights in exchange for hard cash!

This program is also ideal for groups of hotels or marketing consortia; please contact us for a negotiated rate.

Payable in advance. Cancellation Notice = any time; we will refund any un-used portion of the year from that month-end. Renewal notice to be given 1 month prior to end, subject to price revision.

Who can join:
All hotels, B&B's, Chalets, Private Villas/Houses & Restaurants are welcomed as long as your property runs either a travel agency commission programme or discounted room-rates for agencies. We do not expect any commission if a client contacts you directly through your Max Travel site.
