The rates for this tour are on a per/person basis with a choice of double or single occupancy.

The final price will depend on whether you travel during the country's high, mid or low seasons and how large your party is.

Flights are not included and nor is travel insurance (recommended) - please contact us for quotes or click here to view and book Europ Assistance insurance products.

Prices do include all accommodation in Egypt on a twin/double basis as per itinerary and all transport during the tour as well as local airport transfers and all entries to museums and historical sites and your guide. Tips and drinks are not included.

A 30% deposit will be due when booking which is refundable if the booking is cancelled 2 months before departure. The balance will be due within 8 weeks of departure. Please ensure that your are adequately insured should you need to cancel your trip within 8 weeks of departure as your deposit will be non-refundable.

The tour can be organised for you at any time but we would need a minimum of 7 working days to organise.

Cancellation

1. Should you cancel for any other reason the following charges will apply:

• Less than 60 days before departure: loss of deposit
• 30 to 59 days before departure: 30% of total cost
• 15 to 29 days before departure: 60% of total cost
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost
