Flights are not included and nor is travel insurance (recommended) - please contact us for quotes.
A 40% deposit will be due when booking which is refundable if the booking is cancelled 2 months before departure. The balance which will be due within 8 weeks of departure. Please ensure that your are adequately covered should you need to cancel your trip within 8 weeks of departure as your deposit will be non-refundable.
The tour can be organised for you at any time, subject to availability.

All hotels are included on a bed & breakfast basis.

Transfers from St Petersburg's Airport to your hotel and back + excursion transfers are included.
- All necessary formalities (Visa support & passport registration)
- Not included are flights to / from St Petersburg but we can assist you with those.
- Not included are unexpected preliminary evacuations costs so make sure you have adequate travel insurance. Again we can assist you with this.
- Not included are personal expenses such as visa applications - please contact Action Visas who will be happy to assist you.

Cancellation
Should you cancel for any other reason the following charges will apply:
- More than 60 days before departure: loss of deposit
- 30 to 59 days before departure: 30% of total cost
- 15 to 29 days before departure: 60% of total cost
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost
