The above excludes: Flights. all meals and drinks, insurance, tips and items of personal nature.
The flights would normally cost around £110 per person for the return trip.

a 30% deposit will be due when booking which is refundable if the booking is cancelled 2 months before departure (EXCEPT FOR AIRLINE TICKETS which are subject to airline policies). The balance which will depend on the final numbers will be due within 8 weeks of departure. Please ensure that your are adequately covered should you need to cancel your trip within 8 weeks of departure as your deposit will be non-refundable.

The tour can be organised for you at any time but we would need at least 2 weeks to organise every detail. (subject to availibility)

Cancellation

11. Should you cancel for any other reason the following charges will apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: loss of deposit
• 30 to 59 days before departure: 30% of total cost
• 15 to 29 days before departure: 60% of total cost
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost
