The above Itinerary can also be arranged with an extra night in Ngorongoro or Karatu (Gibbs Farm/Plantation Lodge/Ngorongoro Farm House etc. )using the same lodge or different lodges.

 

For clients arriving/departing with KLM flights, accommodation can be arranged in Arusha town for first and/or last night at an extra cost of approximately USD 75 per person.

 

Safaris Include: FB accommodation, extra lunch on first day, park fees, crater fees, driver/guide, 4 wheel drive safari vehicle Non A/C, 1 bottle drinking water per person per day, Kilimanjaro/Namanga border airport ground transfers, driver allowances, fuel, game drives.

 

Safaris exclude: Extras i.e personal expenses, drinks at lodges, Masaii village and Olduvai Gorge entry fees, tips, phone, A/C in car ( USD 45 per DAY extra), extra game drives, all flights, holiday surcharges.

 

For clients arriving/departing with night flights, accommodation can be arranged in Arusha town for first and/or last night at an extra cost of approximately USD 60 per person.

   

Following excursions can be arranged:

Arusha town tour (USD 100 for full day), Maasai village visit(USD 60), Lake Eyasi, Empakai Crater and professionally guided hikes and walks.

 

Domestic flights are available for clients who wish to fly in and out of the National Parks. Both private charter and scheduled flights are available. Connections for Zanzibar are also available for clients who are flying into Kilimanjaro/Arusha or back to Zanzibar

Flights are not included and nor is travel insurance (recommended) - please contact us for quotes.

a 30% deposit will be due when booking which is refundable if the booking is cancelled 2 months before departure (EXCEPT FOR AIRLINE TICKETS which are subject to airline policies). The balance which will depend on the final numbers will be due within 8 weeks of departure. Please ensure that your are adequately covered should you need to cancel your trip within 8 weeks of departure as your deposit will be non-refundable.

The tour can be organised for you at any time but we would need at least 2 weeks to organise every detail. (subject to availibility)

Cancellation

11. Should you cancel for any other reason the following charges will apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: loss of deposit
• 30 to 59 days before departure: 30% of total cost
• 15 to 29 days before departure: 60% of total cost
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost
