The Above Costing is on Per person basis & Includes: Transport Dar – Selous – Dar in a 4X4 non ac Vehicle & driver/guide, Accommodation on Full board basis, 2 half day activities ( choice from walking, boat or car safari) park fees, conservations fees. The above costing Excludes: Additional meals, activities, all Drinks, Insurance & Medical cover, tips, items of personal nature and packed lunch on the first day. Notes for the above special: Rufiji River Camp: There is a high season supplement from July to October – $ 15 per person per night. Selous Safari Camp: - There is a high season supplement from 1st June 08 – 31st Oct 08 & 15th Dec 08 to 7th July 09 – $150 per person per night ( if single Occupant there will be additional 50% for single supplement) - Check out time 1000hrs, if any guests leave later they will have to book the following night. - Camp does not do triple rooms - A drink supplement $ 50 per person per night can be paid for cover of drinks that would include local brands and excludes all premium brands.

From the 1july there will be a conservation fee that would apply – Usd 30.00 per person per night.

a 30% deposit will be due when booking which is refundable if the booking is cancelled 2 months before departure (EXCEPT FOR AIRLINE TICKETS which are subject to airline policies). The balance which will depend on the final numbers will be due within 8 weeks of departure. Please ensure that your are adequately covered should you need to cancel your trip within 8 weeks of departure as your deposit will be non-refundable.

The tour can be organised for you at any time but we would need at least 2 weeks to organise every detail. (subject to availibility)

Cancellation

11. Should you cancel for any other reason the following charges will apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: loss of deposit
• 30 to 59 days before departure: 30% of total cost
• 15 to 29 days before departure: 60% of total cost
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost
